Over-engineering = No reliablity |

Installed and removed about a month later. Way too over-engineered for my needs. I have a very simple hot water boiler system. No multi-zones. No heat pump.
Unit started acting up when the temperature was 10F outdoors constantly throwing "System Protect" error codes and would only allow the boiler to run 5 min before shutting it down.
I learned later after a Google search on the "System Protect" error message was a major issue a lot of people were having with this particular unit and the only way to eliminate it was to install an isolation relay. Really? If it's a known issue, why isn't the manufacturer shipping it with an isolation relay?
Didn't feel like messing around any further nor did I feel like paying another $100+ for an HVAC person to come back.
Thermostats should be simple—not complicated. The most complicated part of an install should be programming it.
Had I known this was a known issue, I would have stuck with the ADC-t2000.
